Station Features and Structure
The Botanical Garden station is notable for being the first elevated interchange station outside Delhi. Its design includes separate side platforms for each line:
- Magenta Line: Platforms 3 and 4 serve eastbound and westbound trains respectively, with Platform 3 acting as a terminal point.
- Blue Line: Platforms 1 and 2 serve south-east bound and westbound trains respectively.
The station has multiple levels including a street-level entrance/exit (G), a concourse level (L1) with fare control and ticketing facilities, and platform levels (L2) for both lines.
