Botanical Garden Metro Station

Botanical Garden Metro Station is a prominent interchange station located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, serving as a key node on the Delhi Metro network. It connects the Blue Line and the Magenta Line, acting as one of the terminal stations for the Magenta Line and offering seamless connectivity between Delhi and Noida.

 

Station Features and Structure

The Botanical Garden station is notable for being the first elevated interchange station outside Delhi. Its design includes separate side platforms for each line:

  • Magenta Line: Platforms 3 and 4 serve eastbound and westbound trains respectively, with Platform 3 acting as a terminal point.
  • Blue Line: Platforms 1 and 2 serve south-east bound and westbound trains respectively.

The station has multiple levels including a street-level entrance/exit (G), a concourse level (L1) with fare control and ticketing facilities, and platform levels (L2) for both lines. The station’s layout is designed for efficient passenger flow, with doors opening on the left side for boarding and alighting.
